A rollover will apply to open positions held overnight. A rollover is executed at the end of the business day when any open positions are closed and automatically re-opened for the next business day. At this point, interest is paid or deducted from your open positions. Trading currencies always involves two different currencies with their own individual interest rates. When you buy a currency that has a higher interest rate than the sold currency, you will be paid interest. However, when you buy a currency with a lower interest rate than the sold currency, you will pay interest, and money will be deducted from your account.

Margin is money you need to have in your broker account to secure your open position, and allows you to control a much larger total contract value with just a small deposit. Leverage gives the trader the ability to make nice profits, and at the same time keep risks to lose a lot of money. For example, when we offer 100 to 1 leverage, which means that a $100 dollar margin deposit would enable a trader to buy or sell $10,000 worth of currencies.
A pip is the smallest price increment in Forex trading - pip stands for percentage in point. Prices are quoted to the fourth decimal point in the Forex market, except the Japanese Yen (JPY) which is quoted only to the second decimal point.
Example: If the EUR/USD bid price rises from 1.4500 to 1.4501 this represents an increase of 1 pip.
